Cone laps are used for removing burrs on the pad edges after cutting to required sizes. Cone laps of "1/2" dia are commonly used by customers.

Diamond & CBN Honning Sticks
With their economically longer life, these have contributed in a big way measure to their rapid development in usage. Diamond/CBN honning has proved in particular suitable means of honning mass - production in cast - iron parts, steel components, like gear bores, connecting rod etc, which major application in the transport industry.

Diamond Grit Impregnated Dressers
These are used mainly for finish grinding, i.e. on screw-thread gear, thread gear teeth and profile grinding machines as well as on tool grinders, plain grinding machines and ball grinding plant.

Diamond Lapping Compounds
These are manufactured from pure accurately graded diamond powders and are evenly distributed in a chemical base to ensure quick cutting action and longer operational life. You get incredibly brilliant finish on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cemented carbide-cutting tools, cavities of plastics moulds, wire drawing dies, watch cases, calendar rolls, metallurgical and geological specimens etc. Each grade of the compound is of a different colour, which allows immediate identification for the job involved.

Rockwell Diamond Indentors
An exceptionally fine clean octahedron diamond is super lapped to an exact angle of 120 degrees with incredible micro finish to provide the highest standards of precision and performance.

ID Grinding Drums
Brake lining internal grinding drums and rollers of various sizes ranging from 150mm to 600 dia length from 50mm to 300mm with parallelogram segments on surface, Electro plated with 30/40 grit natural diamond power is used approximately, at 3000 RPM for internal grinding of Break pads can be supplied.

Knotch Cutter / Wear Indication Cutter
Knotch cutters / wear indication cutters of different sizes and shapes are also supplied as per customers requirement. The various sizes of 20mm, 30mm and 38 mm dia knotch cutters / wear indication cutters are commonly used.

OD Grinding Segments
Brake lining OD grinding segmented type wheels can be supplied as per customer’s drawings. Recoating of used tools also done by chemically stripping used diamond power.

Single Point Diamond Dressers
Single point diamond dressers are made of selected diamonds, mounted in a matrix. Only one cutting edge is presented to the grinding wheel. Diamonds for single point dressing tools are selected for their structural strength, number of points, degrees of sharpness, and lack of detrimental flaws. The proper selection of size and quality appropriate for a given application required qualified judgment.

Slitting Saws
Brake pads are invariably provided with slots to aid cooling. Electroplated diamond slitting saws from 50mm dia to 400mm dia with required thickness of continuous rim/segmented type can be supplied with specific bore dimension. Diamond wheels do not require dressing like conventional abrasive grinding wheels.
